TS-Optics 150 mm f / 2.8 hyperbolic astrograph with corrector and carbon tube
Hyperbolic flat-field astrograph with 150 mm aperture and fast f / 2.8 aperture ratio from Teleskop-Service
♦ aperture 150 mm / focal length 420 mm / aperture ratio f / 2.8
♦ Ideally suited for mobile astrophotography with modern, high-resolution digital cameras
♦ Perfect imaging up to 45 mm image diameter (full format sensors)
♦ Hyperbolic primary mirror with a diameter of 150 mm
♦ Modern 2.5 "pinion focuser with integrated correction system
♦ Micro reduction for precise focusing
♦ Carbon tube for optimal hold of the focus position - offers better focus stability than a metal tube
♦ stable secondary mirror holder made of metal with adjusting screws
♦ Main mirror collimation with tension and compression screws
♦ Camera-side connections M63x0.75 (inside), M48x0.75 (outside) and 1.25 "
♦ Working distance from the M48x0.75 camera thread is 55 mm
♦ The two astro images were taken with the TS 150 mm f / 2.8 hypergraph.
♦ Delivery in a high-quality transport case
TS-Optics hyperboloid astrograph with 150 mm aperture and f / 2.8 These astrographs are perfectly matched to the modern requirements of digital astrophotography. In contrast to simple Newtonian telescopes with a coma corrector, the TS hypergraphs have a hyperbolic primary mirror and a specially adapted corrector in the focuser. With a space-optimized design and moderate secondary mirror with a diameter of 70 mm, a perfectly corrected image circle of 45 mm in diameter is achieved. The imaging performance is so good that even modern astro cameras with very high resolution can be used.
The advantages and features of the TS Hypergraphs at a glance:
♦ Optics optimized for astrophotography with high resolution over the entire usable image field. ♦ Carbon tube for a significantly better focus stability than with a metal tube. There is no need to readjust the focus when there are changes in temperature. The recordings are sharper. ♦ The secondary mirror is installed with the necessary offset, the illumination of the image field is more even. ♦ Despite the extreme opening ratio, the telescope is easy to collimate and it holds the collimation well even during transport. ♦ A microfocusing is already built in, which is also necessary with the extreme aperture ratio of f / 2.8. ♦ High-quality CNC pipe clamps and a GP / EQ5 level prism rail are included in the scope of delivery ♦ Handle with mounting surface for finder shoe ♦ Simple camera adaptation via the M48x0.75 connection thread of the focuser. The working distance is 55 mm.
Simple camera connection via the screw thread of the focuser With such a high-resolution and fast optics, a screwed adaptation of the camera is necessary. This prevents tilting and thus unsharp stars on the edge.
In addition to the M63x0.75 internal thread, the 2.5 "R&P extension has an M48x0.75 external thread. The working distance from this thread is exactly 55 mm. This corresponds, for example, to the exact distance that an SLR camera and the matching T- Adapters also required Astro cameras, such as those from ZWO, are already supplied with an adapter kit to M48, which takes this distance into account.
