The new VX telescope line from Orion UK has been completely revised and now offers many advantages for observation and astrophotography. The excellent optical quality has remained the same. The mirror supports come from SCHOTT and the telescopes are manufactured entirely in England.

- Each VX Newton comes with a 1/8 Lambda "RESEARCH GRADE" primary mirror

The new ACU 2 "Newton extract:


With a height of only 50mm, the Orion ACU pull-out is short. This saves valuable optical path and offers good illumination for astrophotography with relatively little shadowing from the secondary mirror.

The main mirror cell:


The VX Newton is supplied with a computer-optimized 9-point primary mirror cell. The main and secondary mirrors are of course fully adjustable. The main mirror cell has a fan built in, which further reduces the cooling time.
