Bresser Messier AR-127L / 1200 Hexafoc EXOS-2 / EQ5 Telescope

The telescope consists of a telescope (refractor) and an equatorial mount including a tripod. The optics have a free opening of 127mm with a focal length of 1200mm and thus an opening ratio of F9.4. The refractor has many extras, such as pipe clamps with handle and integrated camera, 31.7mm (1.25 ") zenith mirror or 8x50 viewfinder, and an equatorial (also parallactic) EXOS-2 mount Of a sky object, then only a single axis has to be moved, which facilitates the tracking significantly compared to mountings that only have left / right and top / bottom axes (azimuthal mount) .The 8x50 viewfinder can easily be used to find the sky objects , The viewfinder has a crosshair to make it even more comfortable to observe in the dark, and the mount has an additional pole sight, which makes the north orientation extremely easy to navigate The sturdy stainless steel tube tripod is steplessly height-adjustable and thus guarantees a comfortable observer position.

Application area: The Bresser Messier AR-127 on EXOS-2 offers the ambitious amateur astronomer a good look with a stable universal mount. 127mm telescopic opening are very good for detailed observations on the moon and for the planets of our solar system. In addition, the telescope collects enough light to look further into the night sky. Star cluster, globular cluster, planetary and partial large-area nebulae are visible with this telescope. In order to be able to see even more large-area objects, it is worthwhile to consider e.g. A 35mm 70 ° eyepiece. Thus, despite the relatively high focal length of the AR-127, you get a great overview in the sky. With a total weight of approximately 24 kilos composed of the three parts (tube, mount with counterweight, tripod), the telescope is still suitable for missions outside the bright cities. Only then the optics can bring the full performance.

Special features: Bresser EXOS-2 Mount The equatorial (parallactic) mount with a load capacity of up to 13 kilograms (depending on the length of the telescope) and a polish searcher.
