How we adjust: About us

Celestron telescope AstroMaster 90AZ

The 90 mm refractor collects more light than the 70 mm model, so that it not only convinces on the moon and planets, but also many deep sky objects are worth seeing. Since a refractor, unlike the Newtonian mirror telescope, does not require a deflecting mirror in the telescope, it collects just as much light as a slightly larger Newtonian.

The azimuthal mount is actually ideal for observing nature, but thanks to the long handle, you can precisely adjust the telescope even at high magnifications - almost as if you were swinging binoculars. Thanks to the Amici prism, which delivers upright, right-sided images, this also works very intuitively. And best of all: the telescope is ready for use in a matter of minutes - the mount and tripod form a single unit, so you only have to set up the tripod and fix the telescope in the prism rail with a clamping screw. The eyepiece rest plate is simply snapped into the tripod. Then all you have to do is opt for an eyepiece and you're ready to go. Dismantling is just as quick.

The AstroMaster telescopes

If you are looking for a versatile telescope for both sky and earth observation, then the AstroMaster series is the right choice for you. The Amici prism that comes with the lens telescopes delivers upright, right-sided images with every eyepiece.

An AstroMaster not only offers breathtaking views of the moon, of Saturn with its ring, Jupiter with its bands and moons, of nebulae and star clusters. You can also observe the sun's activity with an optional sun filter. If you are less interested in the members of the solar system and more interested in the brighter deep sky objects such as the galaxies and nebulae, we recommend one of the Newtonian reflectors with a larger light-collecting aperture.
