A large field telescope with excellent contrast, which is just a refractor.

The new BlackLine StarTravel refractor with 150mm aperture and 750mm focal length is one of the largest large-area refractors in the telescope specialists. The lenses of the new BlackLine series impress with even better contrast and better sharpness. The StarTravel 150 has an improved 2 "eyepiece pullout that can also carry heavy attachments and is therefore excellently suited for photography.

- Light-weight achromatic lens with 150mm aperture and 750mm focal length
- 2 "eyepiece extension with T2 connection and 1.25" reduction
- 8x50 viewfinder with quick coupling
- Pipe clamps for easy adaptation to different mountings

Application areas of the BlackLine StarTravel 150:

Large field observation .... For this the refractor is built. The unique contrast that this refractor can bring allows for impressive observations of star clusters, nebulae and galaxies.


Photography of fog, galaxies and galaxies ... The light-heavy lens also allows beautiful photos of light-weaken Deep Sky objects at moderate exposure times. The color error will enlarge the stars and a clear blue space will be visible. However, this can be well reduced with suitable filters, e.g. The Baader Semi Apo filter.


Observation of planets and moon ... The refractor is not designed for these objects. The color error of the lens is too high. Nevertheless nice observations are possible, but the color error has to be reduced with a suitable filter, like the Baader Semi Apo filter.
