NexStar Evolution Telescopes are the most advanced SC telescopes Celestron has ever offered. They can be remotely controlled via WiFi, have an internal battery for about 10 hours of operation that can be recharged and a completely redesigned more stable mount.

NexStar + Hand Control Box Included ... You can remotely control the telescope via your SmartPhone or via the tablet computer. But you can also control your NexStar Evolution telescope in a classic way with the shapely hand box. The menu is also in German.

More stable fork arm with practical carry handle ... The carrying arm has been redesigned and convinces with a sturdiness that is normally only used by stable fork mountings or German mounts. The telescope is attached to the fork arm with a Vixen Level quick release. You can remove the SC telescope within seconds. The fork arm of course also carries other telescopes, which are also attached via the quick coupling.

12V power connection and power supply included ... The NexStar Evolution works with 12V. You can use the internal battery or simply connect the telescope to the mains, then the internal battery is also charged automatically. The telescope only needs 2.1amp. It is very economical in consumption.

Astrophotography ... The worm wheels and the motors are of course already prepared for astrophotography. The engines are characterized by a very even run. Of course, the SC telescopes are already prepared for FastStar. This will make the SC a F2 CCD Schmidt cameras. For longer exposure times we recommend the optional Pro HD pile height cradle.
