Askar 0.8x reducer for 120APO
The 0.8x reducer shortens the aperture ratio of the Askar 120APO to f/5.6 and simultaneously enlarges and flattens the image field. A faster aperture ratio allows the telescope to have a wider field of view and shorter exposure times, making it suitable for capturing large areas of nebulae, star clusters and faint, fast-moving celestial objects.
The three-lens reducer offers a 44 mm image circle that is sufficient for full-format cameras. The weight is 0.75 kg, the support dimension from the base of the M48 thread is 55 mm.
There are two external threads available on the camera side: M54x0.75 and M48x0.75. At the same time, the integrated 2-inch filter thread (M48x0.75) can be used for direct mounting of filters. CNC-milled metal protective caps are included for safe storage.
