Explore Scientific ED APO 80mm f / 6 FCD-1 CF Version 2.0

The Explore Scientific three-lens ED glass autochromatic offers everything that makes the amateur astronomer's heart beat faster - at a modest price. The three-lined construction with Hoya FCD01-ED special glass and two air gaps enables a correction which is clearly visible above the level of the two-lined ED apostles which are otherwise available in this price class. A computational polystring of more than 0.9 indicates a very clear language compared to the 0.8x possible with two lenses. This superior imaging performance combined with a solid mechanics results in a package that leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to this, an optional photoelectric pick-up is also available as an accessory - so the device can also be used without any restrictions. The carbon tube allows a very low weight - with only 2.4kg this telescope is nearly 1.5kg lighter than the version with aluminum tubing.
