Hierzu die beiden schwarzen Kreuzschlitzschrauben entfernen.
Remove the two silver Phillips screws.
6. Removing the encoder disk
Remove the four smaller black countersunk Phillips screws and then carefully lift out the disc. Be careful not to damage the optical sensor on the left (8 o'clock position).
7. Loosen the grub screws on the retaining ring.
Use a 1.5 mm Allen key to loosen the two set screws. If you lose them, they are M3 set screws.
8. Loosen the retaining ring
Here you can see the problem: a thread in the clamp had been loosened.
11. Replace the thread using a Helicoil insert

Assembly
Reassemble in the reverse order.
Tip: When tightening the retaining ring (step 8), please check whether the axle can still rotate. The retaining ring will quickly become so tight that the axle no longer rotates. It is also important that the two M3 grub screws are tightened evenly, otherwise the axle will jam.
