Skywatcher Equinox lenses are high-quality ED lenses that are mechanically well-processed. The Equinox series is therefore a good choice for nature and star friends, without mechanical compromises, excellently suited for both visual and photographic use.

The high-quality lens reduces color errors to a barely perceptible minimum. Thus, sharp and contrasting observations and photographs are possible. The Skywatcher Equinox will be very pleased with the quality of our products, especially for those who love nature, such as birdwatchers, or astrophotographers who value the smallest detail in natural colors.

The Equinox 100/900 is a high-performance device for photography, which provides a very good image. Equipped with a flattener, it becomes an excellent lens. Without the flattener, the edges are unfortunately somewhat blurred. A flutterer is not required for visual observation.

For astro photography we recommend the combination with a compact mount. Skywatcher Equinox are supplied with a multifunctional connection rail, which makes them suitable for all common photo-instances. They can also be attached to all parallactic mounts with quick coupling.
