The G3M290M is the ultimate autoguider and much more. The modern Sony IMX290 monochrome sensor convinces with an outstanding QE of over 80%. Few sensors achieve this level of sensitivity. Another special feature is the extremely high resolution thanks to 2.9 µm pixels. This makes this camera very interesting for astrophotography.

The advantages of the G3M290M as an autoguider

♦ You will always find a guiding star, even with off-axis guiding - guaranteed!
♦ Due to the high resolution, you can easily guide telescopes up to 11" aperture with a 50 mm finder - finder guiding becomes possible.
♦ The practical 1.25" housing makes adaptation easier. Insert the camera into the 1.25" mount, focus and get started.
♦ Short working distance from the leading edge to the chip - so you can get into focus even at close ranges.
♦ With a weight of only 70 grams, the focuser is hardly loaded.
