Thanks to the use of aircraft aluminum, the tripod extension has high temperature resistance and wear resistance. It is durable and difficult to deform, which ensures higher strength and better rigidity and a high load capacity of up to 50kg.

The extension is ready to use right out of the box and simplifies the entire installation process to one step: just tighten the locking knob!

The tripod extension has a wide compatibility range. Not only is it suitable for the ZWO carbon fiber tripod, but it can also be used with the 1.75" steel tripods from iOptron and Sky-Watcher, as well as the 2" tripod for the Advanced VX mount from Celestron.

ZWO offers 3 optional thin supports. You can remove the tube of the PE200 and install the supports to get a portable PE160, which will greatly reduce your transportation effort.

The tripod extension is in a dark black tone with a matte finish, so it looks timelessly elegant with the red ZWO mount. The tripod extension itself also has a very pleasant texture.
