If you wish to attach eyepieces or other accessories with a 1.25" barrel to an existing T2 thread then this adaptor is the right one for you.

The Additional T-2 Male thread offers many additional possibilities. For example you can attach T2 extension tubes and then use the adapter for eyepiece projection. Please see "recommended accessories" for options.
