The VC 200L is a highly corrected telescope for astrophotography with a 200 mm aperture and 1800 mm focal length. The astrograph is a 3-element system consisting of an aspherical main mirror, a convex secondary mirror and a triplet corrector element in the beam path. The result of the VISAC system is a fully illuminated and corrected image field with a 42 mm diameter for demanding astrophotography. The stars are also smaller than 15 micrometers in the corners of the image field, according to Vixen.
