Andromeda Galaxy M 31 with Seestar S 50
On a nearly clear night, a bit hazy, I took a shot of the galaxy M 31 with the Seestar. It's nice and high in the sky, and I set the S 50's framing program. This means you can actually capture the extended galaxy without severely cutting off the edges.
The 19 minutes indicated in the image are incorrect; I exposed for just over an hour (also due to the framing).
And then I wanted to know: Can you edit the image with a phone photo program to produce an acceptable result?
I then enhanced the image with F-stop after transferring it to my phone via Bluetooth. You can see the result here. I'd say: It's possible :-)
I was actually amazed by the result. Conclusion: It's not difficult to achieve a beautiful shot, including enhancements.
Everyone should judge for themselves by looking at the photo!
