Immerse yourself in the rich details of astronomical objects
In extended mode, this camera's full-well capacity reaches 73 ke, which is 1.46 times that of the IMX571 sensor (51 ke), making long exposure shots less prone to overexposure. The large full-well capacity and high dynamic range allow both bright and dark areas to be captured with amazing clarity and detail. Experience the wonderful details and colors of objects like never before!
Dual-band WiFi for a stable signal
Experience unparalleled connection quality with ZWO's upgraded dual-band external antenna, supporting both 2.4G and 5G frequencies, providing stable and smooth usage within 20 meters.
Full control of all your equipment with just the touch of a button
With the ASIAIR Smart App you can easily control tracking, imaging, your mount and electronic focuser - all from your smartphone. It supports multiple imaging modes so even beginners can learn quickly and capture professional-quality images.
Immediate post-processing and sharing
Live Stack is supported during recording. You can also make brightness, contrast, and other adjustments to the final image. Instantly share your masterpieces on social media platforms and astronomy communities to spread the word about your work.
Achieve more with ZWO's self-developed system
The system is based on ZWO's patented technologies and ensures stable astrophotography performance. Continuous app OTA updates keep your device up to date with the latest features, improving your user experience and expanding your capabilities.
Image sensor
The main sensor IMX571 has the APS-C format and 26 MP total pixels. The size is 23.5 mm in width x 15.7 mm in height, and the diagonal is 28.3 mm. The small pixel size of 3.76 µm x 3.76 µm offers an impressive full-well capacity of 50 ke. With the new hardware technology it is even expanded to 73 ke.
Guiding sensor
The SC2210 sensor, adopted from the ASI220MM mini camera, is characterized by very high sensitivity. The QE peak value reaches 92% at 500 nm. The readout noise is only 0.6 e. As a representative of a new generation of guiding sensors, it has achieved great tracking results, which has been confirmed by hundreds of astrophotographers.
