SESTO SENSO is one of the best robotic focusing motors on the market! It attaches easily to the focuser's focus knob using the newly developed Self-Centering Clamp (or Direct Pulley Clamp for SC and Mak telescopes). It connects to a PC, laptop, or smart device via USB-C or Wi-Fi, allowing the motor to be controlled using the Virtual HandPad. Furthermore, SESTO SENSO is compatible with PrimaLuce’s ASCOM, ARCO, PLAY, and EAGLE systems.

With SESTO SENSO, you can remotely control your focuser with extreme precision and without vibrations. Both the included software and the ASCOM driver allow for the easy setup of advanced features that are particularly useful for astrophotography. Thanks to a highly precise stepper motor with integrated electronics, SESTO SENSO achieves an accuracy of just 0.7 micrometers!

The integrated encoder allows for manual focuser adjustment without losing the current position. Thanks to Automatic Position Recovery, you can quickly return to your focus position.

SESTO SENSO features a 12V port to power the motor and its integrated electronics. The included cable allows for connection to a standard cigarette lighter socket. If you own an EAGLE, an optional cable is available for direct power supply via the EAGLE's 12V outputs. A USB-C port is used to connect SESTO SENSO to a computer (or the EAGLE). An additional port allows for the connection of an optional temperature sensor, enabling automatic compensation for focus shifts caused by changes in ambient temperature. Compatibility with numerous focusers. Thanks to its sophisticated design, the SESTO SENSO focusing motor is compatible with many focusers. A set of adapter sleeves is included; you simply need to select the sleeve that fits your specific focuser. Another advantage of this design is the ease with which the SESTO SENSO can be transferred between different telescopes or used with new optics.
