Make focusing on the SkyWatcher Maksutov smoother

If the SkyWatcher Maksutov is a bit stiff to focus, it can usually be made easier by loosening the three Allen screws and rotating the dial. The focus knob can be pulled out, and you can apply a little grease between the pivot bearings (please use only a very small amount).
