Artesky Adapter Twist Lock SC / 2"

The twist-lock system enables perfect clamping on the axle. Tilting of accessories is no longer possible and the annoying problems with the combination of “locking groove and ring clamping” are a thing of the past. By twisting the top ring, the ring closes perfectly around the eyepiece and centers it optimally on the axis. A slight tightening is enough to achieve a very stable clamping, as the entire surface is actually clamped.

In addition to centering, the system has the advantage that it can be easily operated with gloves and can also carry heavy loads.

With this adapter you can use accessories with a 2" receptacle on telescopes with an SC thread connection. This thread dimension is common with Schmidt-Cassegrain optics, such as the LightSwitch, LX200, LX90 series from Meade, but also with SC -Telescopes from other brands, for example Celestron.
