Prototype of an astrograph - Part 4 (Newtonian telescope)

The Mk IV is finished.

With thicker struts and a thicker focuser mount, we've finally achieved the desired stability.
 

The alignment laser alone weighs 600 g, there is no noticeable deviation from the optical axis.

 

The front view. Here you can clearly see the collimation screws. These will be Allen screws in the production version (I was happy to even find the right screws in the junk box).

We've also introduced something new on the Mk IV prototype: A mount for 2" filters is now also included:

The opening of the now-disused original OAZ can be put to wonderful use here. A cover will be designed for it.
