Image of the Flame Nebula and Horsehead Nebula with Esprit 120ED
Hello Mr. Kloss,
I would like to give you a quick update.
It took a long time (not least because of the bad weather), but the day before yesterday I took the first photo from my own backyard observatory: First Light!
With an Esprit 120ED on an EQ8-R and a Touptek APS-C color camera, only 50 minutes (100x30s) exposure (f/7), no filter, no guiding, no darks/flats/bias, and no refocusing. Edited with DSS, PixInsight, and Luminar 3. I photographed the Flame Nebula and the Horsehead Nebula. I'm thrilled with the results.
Best regards,
Gerhard M.
